*A MINIMUM NUMBER OF HEADS (BRIDE, PLUS 2 EXTRAS) FOR THE DAY IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS. LARGER PARTIES ARE WELCOME, OVER 8 PEOPLE MAY REQUIRE AN EXTRA HAIRDRESSER WHICH IS CHARGED AT £100 ON TOP OF THE OVERALL COST

Making a booking

A £50 deposit at booking time is required to confirm your wedding date. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Only when the deposit is paid is the date made Non-Available to others. Numbers for extra wedding guests can be confirmed up to 4 weeks before.

Paying this deposit is your agreement to Hair By Charlie Talmages’ Terms and Conditions.

Your wedding date is confirmed only after your booking deposit is Received. This is payable by Bank Transfer. Once the deposit is received you will receive booking confirmation.

Deposits are Non Refundable and will only be refunded if it is due to fault of Hair By Charlie Talmage (Illness or personal circumstances). Deposits are also non refundable, If your wedding may no longer go ahead due to covid-19, your deposit can be transferred to your new date, if the date is available. The deposit can not be transferred to any other hair services.

Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.

Full Payment is then due on the day of the Wedding by cash, or the day before if Bank Transfer.

TRAVEL (On the Wedding Day)

The cost of travel is covered by the bride on the day. Travel is charged at 60p a mile from Hair By Charlie Talmage’s postcode.

Note: In the event that travelling into Central London’s required, a £100 surcharge will be due.

Parking costs are chargeable to the client.

your wedding trial

It is the clients responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities.

The trial is recommended 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding date and arranged 10 weeks before the Big day. Trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost.
